Landgut Stemmen

We booked the same day and arrived in the evening. We were able to get a late dinner right before the kitchen closed and the food was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and all four of us got a proper bed, there was also a sofa bed we didn't need. Dogs are allowed in the room and in the outdoor biergarten, and the garden and surroundings were excellent for walking the dog. Everything was very well kept and clean. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, you could even make your own waffels. Free parking and plenty of space. We would love to stay there again.

Everyone there was very helpful and good at communicating. I arrived after normal opening hours, but the procedure for getting my key was well described by email, and they even called me beforehand to check.

Dinner was great, better than expected. Beautiful, but quite remote, surroundings. Quaint interior, very clean for the most part.

The rooms were modern and spacious, also very accessible for travelling with a dog. The hotel is situated among fields so perfect for a good walk after a long drive. The hotel had an excellent restaurant as well as two e-charging points for Tesla and other electric cars. Lots of parking and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK with a good variety of cereals, fresh waffles and an array of coffees and teas.

We booked a family room and had a large room with a double bed, with a smaller room attached with two single beds for the boys. Our dog was very welcome and we had some lovely walks around with him. The evening meal and breakfast at the hotel were of a very good quality, staff were helpful and welcoming. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. This is somewhere we would definitely return to again.
